I Thessalonians 5:23 says: “I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.” You are a three part being: spirit, soul & body, but primarily you are a spirit. In order to walk in the spirit, live an effective Christian life and be the success that God has intended you be, it is vitally important for you to distinguish the difference between your spirit and your soul.
